Namasté my friends.

We are one week here down south, and it is very very hot during the day.
The seawater is about 27*c, and the pool 28*c. So we finally decided to
have airconditioning in the room. A bit of coolnes a day is a gift. They
call Kerala god's own land. which may be true because it is realy beatifull over here.
we have been on a houseboat on the backwaters , evrythinmg green and a lot of brown water.
When we drove by the houses you could see a lot of people fishing their breakfast and super.
I had a swim in this brown water, another sweet waterplace to have swum in. I wanted to do some fishing
and the captain of the boat said he had a rod on the boat, A piece of bamboo with a fishwire.
he didn't give me any bait and the fish here don't like banana, so i gave up.

After the boat trip we took a train to Calicut, crazy almost frightening town. Until then i was used to see
tourist but in Calicut we were the only white people. Hindis are very intriged buy white people and they came
to chat and help out when we were fighting with rikshaw people for a cheap price. someone offerd himself for some
small talk and help us out. In the horror of the city, the people who werent afraid of us
and came to talk were nice.

From Calicut we took a Tok Tok to kappad beach. Twenty five km from Calicut, and now we are here
in the Kappad beach resort. In europe absolutely no one would consider this a luxury,but to indian norms it is one.
We have a swimming pool,and are 10 meters away from the beach.It's the ideal place to get married and we already asked
the hotelmanager to arange the wedding. At 25 meters we have a hindu temple, and surely we will
have the dinnerparty here in the hotel. Let's wait and see how it turns out.
After all this is still India we are talking about. I'll try to publish as much foto's as i can,
if technology allows it you will see a lot of beautifil pics.
